The maximum accepted weight of a parcel through a Parcel Connect agent is 10kg. There are also dimension restrictions on the size of parcel accepted.

If your parcel exceeds our size and/or weight limits, unfortunately we're unable to collect it. However, you can contact Aramex Australia to make alternative arrangements.

You can choose to drop your parcel off at any of our hundreds of agents. You don't have to use the agent that is closest to you.

Please note, you will need to drop your parcel off at a Parcel Connect agent for collection.

Unfortunately we can't pick up parcels from other locations with this service.
